A good anti aging or anti wrinkle cream can help keep your skin looking fresh and young as well. Quit Smoking and Limit Drinking

Smoking can cause premature aging as well. It can also cause a vast array of other serious and even fatal health problems. If you smoke, you need to give up now. Drinking excessively can have adverse effects on your skin also. If you must drink, drink in moderation.
