4 Decades of Beautiful Skin: Look great in your 20s, 30s 40s and 50s!

Everyone wants a more youthful appearance. We all long for our flawless teenage skin as we pass into our 30s and 40s. Many clients tell us that they’ve spent a lot on anti-aging solutions yet they feel disappointed by a lack of results. Great news: you can make a few simple changes to your lifestyle that will dramatically improve the look and feel of your skin. If you’re consistent and patient, you can have youthful skin again with a few simple changes.

Sadly, there is no single magic skin cream or pill that will make all of your problems go away. Instead, we’ll focus on changes to your lifestyle, sleeping habits, diet, and skin care routines to help you look your best.

Sleeping habits determine your skin’s health and appearance. When you are sleeping, your skin cells are industriously repairing themselves and naturally sloughing off dead skin cells. If you don’t get enough sleep, your skin pays the price and begins to age faster.

When you eat you should make sure you pick foods that will nourish your skin. Incorporate vegetables and fruits into your diet. Natural fruits and vegetables contain nutrients that your skin needs to be healthy (and processed food often has a reduced amount of those nutrients).

When you cleanse your skin, make sure you avoid over-washing because it will dry out your skin. If your skin is too dry, fine lines will quickly evolve into deep, permanent wrinkles and lead to a not-so-youthful appearance.
