Does Botox always work?
Unfortunately, no cosmetic treatment works for everyone or works exactly the same every time. One German study found that 1 out of every 200 people develops antibodies to Botulinum toxin, the active ingredient. Botox Cosmetic; however, works very well for most adults who wish to reduce the appearance of fine lines in the upper face.
Are Botox results instant?
Botox treatments don’t provide instant results because it takes some time for the injection to settle and relax your facial muscles and smooth away lines. In most cases, people will start to see results in 48 hours, but it might take between 10 and 12 days to see the full effect of your treatment. As a general rule, get your treatment before a special occasion at least a week or 10 days in advance. Can Botox be reversed?

Fillers use hyaluronic acid, which binds with water under the skin after the filler is injected.
Does Botox help with acne?
The information about using Botox to treat acne is still being tested. However, you can treat your acne with chemical peels and other skin care products that we carry.
A recent study found that Botox treatments reduced wrinkles in static glabellar lines (lines between the eyebrows) without increasing acne outbreaks and even reduced acne outbreaks in certain cases. You should always check your insurance policy with your agent to see which procedures your specific carrier covers.
