Natural-Looking Anti-Aging & Skin Care with AquaGold® Fine Touch™

ON SALE THIS MONTH!
aquagold fine touch

Anti-aging and skin rejuvenation with a "fine touch" is the goal with our new AquaGold Fine Touch delivery system. Similar to microneedling, AquaGold uses a collection of very fine needles to deliver ingredients directly to the treatment area, just beneath the skin, while simultaneously stimulating collagen and elastin production. The treatment is a minimally invasive delivery system for dermal fillers, such as Juvederm; wrinkle relaxers, like Botox and Dysport; and other skin nourishing ingredients.

Why Choose AquaGold Fine Touch?

For mild skin imperfections such as fine lines and acne scars, AquaGold Fine Touch delivers a smaller amount of active ingredients to the area using very fine needles made of gold-plated stainless steel. This provides natural-looking rejuvenation for minor skin imperfections and the early signs of aging while protecting against additional skin irritation. AquaGold delivers the treatment using consistent depth over a large surface area that a syringe cannot provide.

What to Expect from AquaGold Fine Touch at Ultra Smooth Skin

At Ultra Smooth Skin, our award-winning team of aesthetic skin experts provide patients like you with personalized skin and anti-aging treatments, including microneedling with PRP (platelet rich plasma); laser skin resurfacing treatments like Fraxel and Clear+Brilliant; wrinkle relaxers, such as Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin; and dermal fillers, including Juvederm and Restylane. Our three locations and convenient appointment times provide patients in the Phoenix-area with options you can't get in most other medical spas.

The AquaGold Fine Touch Consultation

The goal of your initial consultation is to determine what treatments are best to help you reach your skin care goals. During the AquaGold consultation, we will evaluate you for the type of products that will help you reach your goals and if AquaGold is the appropriate delivery system for those products. We will examine your skin, discuss your goals, and go over your medical history to determine which treatments are right for you.

The AquaGold Fine Touch Procedure

If the AquaGold delivery system is the best way to help you reach your skin care and anti-aging goals, we will move forward with treatment. An experienced injection specialist will use the AquaGold Fine Touch applicator to deliver key ingredients to your skin using very fine needles on the tip of the vial. When the applicator is pressed to the treatment area, the vial releases the solution through the needles, directly into the microchannels created in your skin. This method is repeated until the entire area is treated.

AquaGold Results and Follow-up Treatments

As AquaGold Fine Touch is a delivery system, results vary based on your skin care goals and the type of product used in the AquaGold vial. Before your first procedure, we can give you an estimate on how long it will take for you to see results and how many repeated treatments you'll need to achieve your desired look. We recommend scheduling any follow-up treatments or evaluations prior to leaving your first appointment to ensure the best results.

AquaGold FAQ

To fully understand the benefits or drawbacks that an AquaGold Fine Touch procedure can provide to you as an individual with unique needs and goals, it's important to discuss your options and ask questions during your personalized consultation at one of our Ultra Smooth Skin medical spas in Scottsdale and Chandler, AZ. In the meantime, our handy AquaGold FAQ will help you understand the benefits and drawbacks of the procedure.

How does AquaGold work?

Using a vial containing the product of your choice, the AquaGold Fine Touch is a delivery method for skin care and anti-aging treatments that injects into shallow, consistent depths over a large surface area. Twenty needles at the tip of the applicator are only 0.6 mm long and 0.13 mm wide, which is finer than a strand of human hair.

When the applicator tip is applied to the skin, micro-channels are created while the active ingredients inside are delivered directly into the skin.

Who can get AquaGold treatments?

If you have minor skin imperfections or very fine lines over a wide treatment area, AquaGold Fine Touch may be right for you. Contact our team of skin care specialists for a consultation to find out if this or another Ultra Smooth Skin treatment is right for you. We're dedicated to finding the right treatment for the right patient, addressing your unique skincare needs and goals.

Who shouldn't get AquaGold?

Most patients can safely receive treatment via this delivery system; however, if you have a bleeding disorder, take blood-thinning medications, or have keloid scars, AquaGold and similar treatments may not be right for you. Contact us for any specific questions you have about whether or not you can safely receive this and other treatments at Ultra Smooth Skin. We will work with you during your consultation to find a procedure and/or skin care products to help you with your skin needs and goals.

What areas can be treated with AquaGold?

This procedure is most often used on the face, but it can be used on the neck, decolletage, and other areas.

Where will my AquaGold treatment be performed?

As AquaGold is a non-surgical procedure, all treatments are performed in one of our three convenient aesthetics practice locations in Scottsdale and Chandler, AZ. You can have your treatment performed in the same location where you have your consultation. Our Phoenix-area medical spas are located in Village Clubs: Gainey Village, DC Ranch, and Ocotillo Village.

Is the treatment painful? Will anesthesia be used?

AquaGold is a pain-free treatment. Topical anesthesia is often not necessary. Your provider will periodically ask you about your comfort during the treatment. If you experience any pain or discomfort at any time during your procedure, let your provider know right away. We will adjust to ensure you are more comfortable.

What are the potential side-effects of AquaGold?

Side-effects related to treatment are minimal; however, you may experience mild side effects related to the solution delivered via micro-channels. Different skin care solutions that can be placed into the vial vary and have different potential after-effects. Most are mild and subside within a few days. Discuss the expected side-effects with your provider during your consultation to learn more. We will also provide you with aftercare instruction to help you manage potential side-effects and improve your results.

1Individual results may vary. 2All manufacturer claims, in regards to the benefits, process, length/effectiveness of treatments, how soon you'll see results or heal, or claims of minimal side effects such as minor redness or mild discomfort or no downtime, are provided by the pharmaceautical manufacturers as part of their guidelines in promoting their product and are backed by case studies/peer-reviewed publications and are published on their individual websites. 3Testimonials are the opinions of real clients that wanted to provide them and express their opinion to others. When written, the only editing done was to fix minor grammatical/syntax errors and/or to truncate extended testimonials that, while nice, went a bit long. Video testimonials are unedited. 4Treatments and services that are time-related (such as fees per a "20 minute session") are rooted in the fact that most appointments (i.e. the historical average amount of time required to complete most areas we treat) take that amount of time; however, it may be recommended or advised or necessary that more than one session time is required to achieve whatever affect you're looking for (such as someone wanting to treat many areas of their body vs someone simply wanting to treat their hands). A quick consultation in our office will provide you the exact time required to treat whatever you wish since treatment areas have a direct impact on time required to treat such areas. 5Superlatives, when describing services/products, are manufacturer claims and, in the end, it's your opinion as to what service/product is right/effective/best for you. 6Internal comparison claims comparing one technology to another (such as stating that a new product is x% better than the previous model, similar to how a 2018 model vehicle has many advances/improvements over a 2010 vehicle), when comparisons are done within the same company's lineup, are the manufacturer's statement-of-fact and reflect the latest science and/or breakthrough that, when released as a product, is the best/most effective at the time within their own product lineup — they are not claims comparing their product against other manufacturers' products. 7Videos, which we have chosen to add links to on our website, are either local television coverage pieces or third-party videos that we feel are great for learning and gaining an overview of the process of several services we offer; but third-party videos (e.g. those in the public domain, such as YouTube) in no way should be construed as an endorsement of Ultra Smooth Skin and/or our services specifically. They are meant as an awareness tool to help you decide upon common treatments provided by Ultra Smooth Skin and medspa providers nationwide. Some videos are produced by the pharmceutical manufacturers and others are by service providers, while still others are television appearances by Lisa Williams, the owner of Ultra Smooth Skin. 8Time is accurate as certain procedures have a fixed-length time of treatment per area. 9At our locations. 10Data on file at manufacturer.
